AfroAnimation Summit 2025 will be held in Burbank, CA at the AMC Burbank 16 Theater downtown Burbank from Thursday to Friday, April 3-4, 2025 and on Saturday at the Cambria Burbank Airport Hotel. 

2D and 3D animators, game developers, storyboard artits, illustrators, graphic designers, background artists, writers, voice actors, film, lighting designers, consumer products, recruiters, large, medium size and small animation studio executives, producers, directors, film distributors, film financers, talent agents, icons and more.

Cambria Burbank Airport Hotel is the official HQ hotel, but two additional hotels have been added that include the Hotel Burbank and Hilton Garden in Burbank.

The Creative Job Fair 2025 is our inaugural festival for creators of all backgrounds to meet recruiters, 1:1 job interviews, get portfolio and CV reviews. Participate in our hands-on workshops, immersive learning labs, gaming labs and workshops. Meet other creators and grow your network with other creators from the United States and other countries.

No, but if you purchase any AfroAnimation Summit 2025 pass, you have free entrance into the Creative Job Fair on Saturday, April 5th from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

One-off Creative Job Fair 2025 pass can be purchased as a stand-alone pass, without a AfroAnimation Summit pass. Here is the link to the Creative Job Fair Summit pass page.

Passes range passes to attend AAS2025 in-person or buy a pass virtually. There are 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, student and VIP passes for purchases. Virtual pass can start at$46, checkout our event pass page.

For VIP pass holders there will be two exclusive networking events to meet industry professionals. General pass holders there will be a kick-off reception on Wednesday, 2nd of January at the Cambria Burbank Hotel at 5:30 pm PT
